Born in Springfield, Missouri, Attorney Grady E. Holley received both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana (B.S. 1967, J.D. 1970). Attorney Holley is admitted to practice before U. S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; and U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. Attorney Holley is a member of the Sangamon County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is a Fellow with the Illinois Bar Foundation. Attorney Grady E. Holley was Chairman of the Springfield Housing Authority from 1991 - 1995 and a member of the Springfield Election Commission from 1996 - 1997. Attorney Holley’s practice includes civil jury trials, personal injury, plaintiff's workers' compensation, plaintiff's medical malpractice, insurance defense and mediation/arbitration.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Attorney Steve J. Rosen received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 1987 and his law degree in 1990 from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. While in law school, Attorney Rosen received the American Jurisprudence Award for his study of the Uniform Commercial Code Article 2, Sales. After graduating from law school, Attorney Rosen began working in Springfield, Illinois at Holley Law Office. Thereafter, Attorneys Rosen and Holley formed Holley and Rosen, Attorneys at Law. Beard received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois in 1992 and his law degree in 1997 from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Attorney Beard returned to Springfield after law school working as an Assistant States Attorney in the Sangamon County States Attorney's Office, and then as an Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Attorney General. Thereafter Attorney Beard joined Holley, Rosen & Beard, Attorneys at Law, as an Associate. Attorney Beard practices in many areas of law including personal injury, criminal law, employment, DUI/traffic and driver's license reinstatement cases, family law, and general civil litigation. Attorney Peter C. Beard is licensed in Illinois and is admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern and Central Districts of Illinois.
